If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund or exchange in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of your intent to return it.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of your return notification.
To initiate a return, please email us at Go@windie360.com with your order number and shipping address. We will provide you with the return address of our nearest facility.
Return Shipping: Returns are free of charge for most countries. We will reimburse the shipping cost as part of your refund. However, please note that customers located in HK, JP, SG, CA, and CH are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
When sending your item, please place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for us to process the transaction. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at Go@windie360.com to arrange a full refund or a replacement. As a Bulgarian-registered entity, we comply with the 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods under EU law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable), returns may be restricted if the seal is broken.
