Our Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 10 to 21 BUSINESS DAYS. Please note that shipping times may be affected by public holidays in Bulgaria and the destination country, as well as special occasions.

For Express Shipping, orders must be placed before 10:00 AM (EET) on business days. Delivery estimations will be provided based on your specific location at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Failed Delivery & Re-shipping

If our shipping carrier attempts delivery and the package is returned to our warehouse (due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, absence at the time of delivery, or failure to collect the package from a designated pick-up point), the buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees required to reship the order. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery.

International Import, Duty, VAT, & Customs Fees

Within the European Union: As Windie is a registered Bulgarian entity (UIC 208503386), orders shipped to countries within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties. Applicable VAT is handled according to EU regulations.

Outside the European Union: For customers purchasing from outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
